Massiel is a Spanish singer, songwriter, actress, and presenter, born on August 2, 1947, in Madrid, Spain. She gained international fame by winning the Eurovision Song Contest in 1968 with her song "La La La." In 1971, she represented Spain at the VI Festival Internacional da Canção in Rio with the song "Dormido amor."
