Matti Caspi (Born November 30, 1949 - died February 8, 2026) was an Israeli composer, arranger, lyricist, and singer. He is known for his role as the composer, arranger, and conductor of Israel's entry in the 1976 Eurovision Song Contest, titled "Emor shalom."
