Maxine Sullivan (born May 13, 1911, in Homestead, Pennsylvania, USA - died April 7, 1987, in New York City, New York, USA) was an American jazz singer renowned for her Swing renditions of Scottish-type ballads, particularly "Loch Lomond." She appeared in several films, including "Going Places" (1938) and "St. Louis Blues" (1939). Maxine continued to perform until shortly before her death. She was married (divorced in 1941) and to a jazz pianist.
