Maya Vik, born on 12 February 1980, is a Norwegian bassist, singer, and songwriter. She is a winner of the Norwegian Grammy (Spellemannprisen) and has had a music career spanning over 15 years. Her work is often described by the press as reminiscent of the Minneapolis Sound.
