Melodia is an instrumental jazz ensemble formed in 1973 by Georgiy Garanyan and members of the disbanded Concert Jazz Orchestra of Soviet Radio and Central TV, led by Vadim Lyudvikovsky. The ensemble has had two conductors: Georgiy Garanyan, who led from 1973 to 1982 and again from 2006 to 2010, and Boris Frumkin, who conducted from 1982 to 1991.
