Merrilee Rush is an American singer, born on January 26, 1944, in Seattle, Washington. She is best known for her recording of the song "Angel of the Morning," which became a Top 10 hit and earned her a Grammy nomination for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance in 1968. Merrilee married in 1963 but later divorced before marrying an entertainer.
