Mic Geronimo, born Michael Craig McDermon on September 14, 1973, in Flushing, New York, is an American rapper known for his significant contributions to the 1990s underground hip-hop scene. He gained recognition with his debut album, The Natural, released in 1995, which featured production from DJ Irv and included appearances by artists who would later achieve mainstream success. His gritty lyricism and streetwise storytelling resonated with fans of East Coast hip-hop. In 1997, he released his second album, Vendetta, which marked a shift towards a more commercial sound and included collaborations with notable artists and the Bad Boy camp.
