Mike Shinoda is an American musician, record producer, and artist, born on February 11, 1977, in Los Angeles, California. He is best known as the rapper, principal songwriter, keyboardist, rhythm guitarist, and one of the two vocalists of a rock band. Additionally, Shinoda is recognized for his work as a solo rapper in a former side project. He also contributes artwork, production, and mixing for both projects. His vocal range is baritone.
