Min Taka is the project of Turkish singer Yasemin Koyuncu, launched in 2021 after her studies at Berklee College of Music and Codarts in Rotterdam. She blends indie pop, bubblegrunge, hyperpop, and synth-driven electronica in her music. Her debut EP, "Partiyi Durdurun!" was released in 2023 and led to performances at various Dutch festivals, including Motel Mozaïque, Le Guess Who?, and Popronde. In 2024, she released her first English-language single, "I Don’t Want To," followed by the EP "I think we should just move in together" in 2025. Min Taka has since performed at Eurosonic Noorderslag, Paradiso, and festivals such as Paaspop, Down The Rabbit Hole, Valkhof, and Into the Great Wide Open.
