Modern Talking was a musical duo formed in 1984 in Berlin, consisting of producer and songwriter Dieter Bohlen and vocalist Thomas Anders. The studio line-up in the 1980s also included several other contributors. The duo enjoyed significant success until they parted ways at the end of 1987. In 1998, they reunited but ultimately split for good on June 21, 2003, following their last concert in Berlin, which came after an earlier announcement by Dieter Bohlen during a concert in Rostock on June 7, 2003.
