Modulo5 is an Italian music project that originated in mid-2003, conceived by DJ Dave Masoch, who co-founded Masoch Club Entertainment in 1998. Dave has a history of producing anonymous compilations for Plastic Records in 2001 and has curated several compilations, including “Stasera Shake” Vol.1 & Vol.2 and Boss-A-Tone Records, associated with the renowned Misty Lane label. He also managed the Hipster Expo 60s Festival in Trieste, Italy, from 2001 to 2003. The project's initial tracks, "Check-in all'aeroporto" and "Spy Samba," were compiled by EZ Louge FM's DJ Robert Passera and set the foundation for Modulo5. After a brief hiatus in music production to explore new sound influences, Dave met Paolo "Apollo" Negri in 2006. Apollo, a celebrated organist known for his work with bands like "The Link Quartet," "Wicked Minds," and "Kims Teddy Bears," agreed to join Modulo5 after their conversation during a Mastica live act. Following three months of intense collaboration, they completed the full-length album "Soundsational Movements," which aims to evoke emotions through original sounds and grooves, serving as a hypothetical soundtrack for listeners. Modulo5's music is influenced by various genres, including Space Age Pop, 50s Sci-Fi cinema, Soul and Funk, Hammond Groove, Bossa Nova, and the Italian B
