The band recorded their first album, "Abominations Of Desolation," in 1986, although it was not released until 1991. Their album "Covenant," released in 1993, was notable for being the first death metal album released on a major label. The current line-up of the band includes Trey Azagthoth (George Michel Emmanuel III) on guitar, who has been with the band since its inception in 1984, Steve Tucker on bass and vocals, who has had multiple stints with the band from 1996 to 2001, 2003 to 2004, and since 2015, Scott Fuller on drums, who joined in 2017, and Dan Vadim Von on guitar, also joining in 2017.
