Mother Mallard's Portable Masterpiece Co. was an early all-synthesizer ensemble formed in 1968 in Ithaca, New York, by David Borden, Steve Drews, and Linda Fisher, with assistance from Robert Moog. The group was known for pioneering new music in a systemic style similar to that of Terry Riley and Philip Glass.
