Mouse And The Traps was a garage psychedelic rock band formed in 1965 in Tyler, Texas, USA. The band consisted of members Dave Stanley (bass guitar), Jerry Howell (keyboards), Ken "Nardo" Murray (drums), Bugs Henderson (lead guitar), Ronny "Mouse" Weiss (guitar, vocals), and Doug Rhone (guitar). They disbanded in 1969 but briefly reformed in 1972. A genuine reunion occurred in 1986 with the original lineup during the Texas Sesquicentennial celebration, where they performed at Flag Pole Hill in Dallas before an estimated audience of 7,000 people. During their career, the band's name was written as "Mouse And The Traps" from 1965 to 1969 and as "Mouse & The Traps" during the reunion period. Additionally, some releases by the group are credited solely to an alias of lead singer Ronny Weiss.
