Mud is a successful UK pop and glam band that was founded by singer Les Gray and drummer. They later formed a lineup with bass player and guitarist. The band was discovered by a producer during a gig, leading to a collaboration with writer and producer partners. However, in 1980, after a period of declining success and a replacement for Les Gray, the band decided to disband. Les Gray passed away from a heart attack in 2004. Rob Davis, a former member of the band, has since become a producer and songwriter, known for "Can't Get You Out Of My Head."
