Muriel Dacq is a French-language pop artist born in July 1962 in Namur, Belgium. She was formerly married to a producer who worked on much of her music. As a mother of three children, she has connections to the music industry through her kids. Dacq is best known for her 1985 single, which sold 400,000 copies and was certified Silver. Although she was mostly active in the 1980s, she continued to release music into the 1990s and uploaded a cover of Frank Sinatra's "New York, New York" to her YouTube channel in 2020. In addition to her music career, she is involved in organic farming, political activism, and has expressed conspiracy theories, particularly regarding vaccines.
