My Solid Ground was a German hard rock and psychedelic band formed in 1968 in Rüsselsheim. The band released one album on Bacillus Records and established themselves in the psychedelic hard rock genre. Despite their name, they were not a stable group, experiencing multiple lineup changes throughout their existence. The original lineup included Teddy on vocals, an unnamed guitarist who later switched to bass, Willy Waid on drums, and Uli Weyrauch on bass. Werner Geilenkirchen played bass for a year before being replaced by Karl-Heinrich Dörfler. Ingo Werner contributed on keyboards, although he frequently left and rejoined the band. The lineup for their first live gigs featured Teddy on vocals, an unnamed guitarist, Manfred Fischer on bass, and an unnamed drummer. Later members included Geilenkirchen on bass, another unnamed bassist, an unnamed keyboardist, Günther Mildenberger on organ, and Bodo Gross on drums.
