Nat Adderly was an American jazz cornet and trumpet player, born on November 25, 1931, in Tampa, Florida. He passed away on January 2, 2000, in Lakeland, Florida, at the age of 68. He was the father of a jazz keyboardist and the brother of a jazz saxophonist.
