Nathan Bartell is a singer from Ashburn, Georgia, who began his career in the 1960s with the group Eddie & the Cascades. In 1991, he was hospitalized due to a lung ailment, during which he experienced a spiritual transformation and became born again. Following this pivotal moment, Bartell vowed to no longer perform R&B music and went on to form a Gospel group called Nathan Bartell & Reality. He continues to perform in Southern Georgia.
