Natural Child is a Nashville-based trio formed in 2009, consisting of bassist Wez Traylor, drummer Zack Martin, and singer-guitarist Seth Murray. Traylor and Martin previously played in the band Turbo Fruits before creating Natural Child, while Murray came from The Horribly Wrong during his time in Bloomington, Indiana. The band's music blends Southern rock, vintage country-rock, laid-back Laurel Canyon sounds, '70s-style boogie, and a hint of hard rock, reflecting a carefree lifestyle often associated with recreational marijuana use.
