Naftia, which translates to "Nausea," was a Hardcore/Crust band formed in 1988 in Thessaloniki, Greece. The band toured Europe in September 1988 and performed live in Thessaloniki on September 30, 1988, alongside several other acts. They played live in Oslo, Norway, twice in 1989 and 1990. On December 14, 1991, Naftia performed at ΑΣΟΕΕ in Athens, sharing the stage with other bands. They continued their performances with a live show at Steki F.L.S. in Thessaloniki on November 28, 1992, and at Pedio Areos in Athens on June 18, 1993, where they were joined by multiple acts. In September 1993, they played at Viologiko in Thessaloniki. On January 22, 1994, they performed at 'Παράρτημα' in Patra, along with other bands. Their final known performance was on May 27, 1994, at Πανεπιστήμιο in Thessaloniki, where they played with several other acts. The band's name may be misread as 'Naytia'.
