Noisia is a Dutch Drum and Bass production trio from Groningen, consisting of members who have made a significant impact on the electronic music scene. The name "Noisia" is derived from the word "VISION" inverted on an upside-down VHS tape. Known for their diverse musical range, they have produced various genres, including Drum & Bass, House, and Breaks. The trio owns three record labels: Vision, Division, and Invisible Recordings. On September 18, 2019, Noisia announced their decision to split at the end of 2020, stating, "Noisia is a game we have completed." They expressed a desire to leave their work in its current form rather than risk altering it. Although they planned to tour until the end of 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic led to postponed tours, and they ultimately had their last show together on August 21, 2022, officially marking the end of the group.
