Noura, born Fatima Zohra Badji on April 26, 1938, in Sidi Amar (Tipaza), Algeria, was an Algerian singer known for her performances in Arabic, Amazigh, and French. She gained popularity for being one of the few singers of her time who sang in the Kabyle language despite not being Kabyle herself. Noura passed away on June 1, 2014, in Paris. She was married to a singer-songwriter.
