Matt Quinn, known by his stage name, is the brother of Jamie Quinn, also known as Matrix. He has another brother, Fergus, who goes by Plainclothesmen and has designed numerous covers for Virus and Matrix's own imprint. Matt began making music at the age of 17, with his first hardcore label being Phat Tunes. He has recorded for notable labels such as No U Turn, Prototype, and Metalheadz, and collaborated with Goldie on the album "Saturnz Return." Additionally, he engineered Grooverider's "Mysteries Of Funk" and co-founded Virus Recordings with Ed Rush in 1998.
