Opus Avantra is an unclassifiable Italian ensemble that blends rock, jazz, classical, and avant-garde elements. Founded by Alfredo Tisocco, the group features the talents of classically trained singer Donella Del Monaco. Active primarily during the 1970s, Opus Avantra has occasionally reformed to release additional albums. Both Alfredo and Donella also pursue solo careers and participate in other musical projects.
