Orchestra Fauvette is a Congolese music group that was founded in the eastern region of the Congo during the 1960s. The band relocated to Tanzania, passing through Bujumbura, Burundi, and arrived in Dar-Es-Salaam in 1969. They are recognized as one of the first Congolese groups to settle in Tanzania. In 1970, a former friend of Ndala joined the group, and two years later, in 1972, they changed their name.
