Oscar Harris is a Dutch singer, born on November 30, 1943, in Albina, Suriname. He moved to the Netherlands in 1963 and, after a few years, became the lead singer of The Twinkle Stars. He later pursued a solo career and collaborated with various artists, including Debbie, forming the duo Oscar & Debbie, as well as working with Ivy in Oscar & Ivy.
