Overhang Party was a Japanese psychedelic rock band formed in January 1991. The original lineup consisted of Rinji Fukuoka (vocals, guitar), Koji Nishino (bass), and Iwao Yamazaki (drums). Throughout its existence, the band experienced frequent lineup changes, with members including Yusuke Nishimura, Akira Yamanouchi, Ryouichi Suzuki, Yoshiko Morita, Sachiko, Junzo Suzuki, and Kimiyasu Akiyama. The group disbanded on January 20, 2008. Following their breakup, the members formed a new group called Majutsu no Niwa. The lineup at their final performance included Rinji Fukuoka, Sachiko, and Shigeki Morohashi.
