OXBOW is an American experimental rock band that was founded in 1988 in San Francisco, California. The band featured a final lineup consisting of Eugene S. Robinson on vocals and lyrics, Niko Wenner on guitars, keyboards, and music, Greg Davis on drums and percussion, and Dan Adams on bass guitar. Robinson was with the band from its inception until 2024, while Wenner contributed to the group in various roles since 1988. Davis played drums and percussion from 1989 until the band's dissolution, and Adams was on bass guitar from 1990 to 2024. On July 7, 2024, Robinson announced his departure from the band due to irreconcilable differences. Shortly after, on July 11, Wenner stated that "As it stands now Oxbow as a band no longer exists." Former member Tom Dobrov was part of the band as a drummer and percussionist from 1989 to 1995.
