Oxmo Puccino is a French-Malian rapper born on August 3, 1974, in Ségou, Mali. He moved to Paris when he was just one year old and grew up in the 19th arrondissement from the age of five. He is the brother of basketball player Mamoutou Diarra. At the age of 21, Oxmo began collaborating with the rap collective Time Bomb, where he developed his craft alongside artists such as Booba.
