Pan Y Regaliz was a Spanish progressive band formed in the early 1970s and based in Barcelona. Initially, the band included Guillem Paris (vocals, flute), Alfons Bou (guitar), Artur Domingo (bass), and Santiago (Jackie) García Cortés (drums). They signed with a record label in 1970 and released a single. After a legal struggle, they changed their name to Pan Y Regaliz and moved to a new location, where Pedro van Eeckout joined the group as the new drummer. The band recorded one album, but following Artur Domingo's departure to join another group and Van Eeckout's subsequent joining of yet another band, the group ultimately disbanded.
