Pancho Acosta, born on July 12, 1946, in Lima, is a Peruvian guitarist renowned for co-founding a legendary group with Pepe Baroni. He played a pivotal role in the development of Peruvian guitar-based Cumbia music. He is also known by the name Francisco Acosta.
