Panda Bear, the alias of Noah Lennox, is one of the core members of the band Animal Collective, alongside Avey Tare (Dave Portner). In the group, Noah primarily serves as a drummer, but he also plays various instruments and contributes vocals. He chose the name Panda Bear from an early tape of his work, which featured a drawing of his favorite animal. Noah is married and resides in Lisbon with his wife and child.
