Patty Waters was a jazz and free jazz/avant-garde vocalist born on March 11, 1946, in Iowa. She gained recognition for her two albums released in the mid-1960s. After taking a break from music to raise her son, she made a return in 1996 with an album titled "Love Songs." Patty Waters passed away on June 29, 2024, in Santa Cruz.
