Pelican Daughters is a musical duo founded by Justin Brandis and Andy Rantzen in 1984. They are known for their innovative use of various instruments, found objects, and DIY tape loops. The duo released a series of cassette-only recordings that were distributed in Sydney music stores. Over the years, they expanded their lineup with occasional members including Ben Fontaine, Andrew Holmes, James Fergus, Bryce Cannon, and Anthony Maher, who is also known as the dub producer Sheriff Lindo. Their discography includes multiple cassette releases and live performances, featuring two releases on CCP.
