Peter Frampton is a Grammy Award-winning British vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter, born on April 22, 1950, in Beckenham, Kent, United Kingdom. At the age of 14, he began his musical journey with a band called the Trubeats, followed by another band that disbanded in September 1966. In 1969, he joined a group to form a band, and after four studio albums and one live album, he left to pursue a solo career in 1971. On August 24, 1979, he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 6819 Hollywood Boulevard for his contributions to the recording industry. In 2016, he was inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum. He is the father of one child, the son of another individual, and the brother of yet another individual.
