Peter Green was an influential English guitarist, singer, and songwriter, born on October 29, 1946, in Bethnal Green, London, England. He founded the band initially called Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac, which was named after a track he recorded. The band disbanded in 2003, and Green left Fleetwood Mac in May 1970. He released one single with John Mayall in 1967, but without John Mayall. Peter Green passed away on July 25, 2020, in Canvey Island, Essex, England.
