Petr Skoumal was a Czech composer, songwriter, keyboard player, and vocalist, born on March 7, 1938, in Prague (former Czechoslovakia). He passed away on September 28, 2014, in the Czech Republic. Skoumal focused on soundtracks, including music for animated shorts and children's music, and he also released several albums of alternative pop characterized by lyrical and meditative themes. He was known by an alias.
