Philamore Lincoln is an English drummer, singer, songwriter, and record producer born on 20 October 1940 in Sherwood, Nottingham. He began playing drums in his mid-teens and later joined the RAF, where he played in a band that included an alto saxophonist. During this time, he adopted the stage name Phil Kinorra in honor of his favorite jazz drummers.
