Philip Perkins (born 1951) is an experimental musician who has been active since the mid-1960s. He is also a recognized sound effects designer for documentary films. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with various artists, including Carl Stone, and has been involved in making videos and recording. Since 1979, he has operated his own label.
