Philippe Doray is a French poet, singer, and musician from Normandy, currently based in Rouen. He first gained recognition for writing lyrics before establishing his own band/project in 1976, known as Philippe Doray & Asociaux Associes. During this time, he also collaborated with Thierry Muller from Ilitch under the name Crash. Doray's work is characterized by a blend of industrial weird rock and various elements of Frenchness.
