Pic Nic was a Barcelona-based Spanish pop band active from 1967 to 1969. They originally formed as the "Vytas Brenner Quartet," featuring brothers Vytas Brenner on guitar and Haakon Brenner on bass, along with a drummer and a rhythm guitarist. After releasing an EP, the Brenner brothers returned to Venezuela, where Vytas began a solo career. They were later joined by Al Cárdenas on rhythm guitar and Isidoro de Montaberry on bass, leading to a name change to "Pic-Nic."
