Pierrot Lunaire was an Italian folky progressive trio active in the 1970s, known for their two distinct albums. Their debut LP showcased soft compositions and a dreamy atmosphere, blending Mediterranean culture with progressive influences. The second album, "Gudrun," featured female singer Jacqueline Darby and marked a shift towards more experimental music, with two original members contributing to this change. This latter record also foreshadowed Arturo Stalteri's early solo work and related projects.
