Pilooski, whose real name is Cédric, began his music career as a sound designer for Radio France. He later became a musician and producer, joining forces with Guillaume Sorge and Clovis Goux in The D*I*R*T*Y collective. Together, they released the Dirty Edits series and The Dirty Space Disco for the French label Tigersushi, achieving notable success with their remix of "Beggin," which featured in numerous worldwide TV advertisements. As a producer, Cédric has worked with various artists, including Tristesse Contemporaine, Hypnolove, Perez, and Discodeine, one of his side projects. His collaborations extend to prominent figures such as Jarvis Cocker (Pulp), Baxter Dury, Matias Aguayo, and Kevin Parker (Tame Impala). In addition to his music production, Cédric has served as a music supervisor for fashion brands like Hermès (since 2010), Christophe Lemaire, and Lanvin, alongside Guillaume Sorge. He has also worked on music supervision for various events in Paris, New York, and Shanghai for Hermès. Cédric has collaborated with several advertising agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis, BETC, Young & Rubicam, and Sid Lee, contributing to global media campaigns for brands like Lipton, Mastercard, Clarins, Adidas, Orange, and Hermès.
