Pino Daniele was an Italian blues, jazz, and pop musician, singer, songwriter, and composer, born on March 3, 1955, in Naples, Italy. He passed away from a heart attack on January 5, 2015, at his home in the countryside of Orbetello, Tuscany, Italy. Daniele began his career with a band named Batracomiomachia. In 1976, he started playing as a bassist and met a key figure in the production of his first three albums. That same year, an EMI Italiana producer heard a demo tape of Daniele's original songs and decided to produce his music. Within six months, his first single was released, along with his debut album in 1977. This marked the beginning of an extraordinary career that included several albums, world tours, cinema soundtracks, television performances, and numerous collaborations. Pino Daniele became one of the most famous Italian musicians globally.
