Pleasure and the Beast is a band formed by Robert Pereno and L.A. (Lowri-Ann) Richards following the breakup of Shock. For their second release, "Gods Empty Chair," in 1984, they expanded into a full band, which included Cheyne Towers on bass guitar, Martin Hanlin on drums, Marty Williamson on guitar, and Simon Ellis on keyboards, alongside lead vocals by Lowri-Ann Richards and Robert Pereno.
