Prince Jazzbo, born Linval Roy Carter on September 3, 1951, in Clarendon, Jamaica, was a prominent Jamaican reggae and dancehall deejay and producer. He was known for his contributions to the music scene and was the owner of several notable entities. The term "Ujama," which means family or brotherhood in Swahili, is associated with his legacy. He passed away at his home in Homestead, St. Catherine, Jamaica, on September 11, 2013.
