Diego Cadierno, known by his monikers Promising/Youngster and Cadee, is a versatile artist whose work spans various electronic music genres. Under the name Promising/Youngster, he creates music that blends IDM, Downtempo, Breaks, Ambient, and Shoegaze, characterized by crunchy beats, rich basslines, and dreamy pads, all crafted with both analog and digital instrumentation. His live performances feature collaborations with visual artist Mucrovision, who produces exclusive visuals for the shows. After over five years of exploring more cerebral styles with Promising/Youngster and releasing music on labels like Sin Hilo, Nebulae, and Several Roots, Diego has returned to his dancefloor roots with his project Cadee. Cadee's sound is focused on four-on-the-floor rhythms, incorporating house, techno, and disco elements, often with acid, tribal, and vocal influences, typically not exceeding 120 BPM.
