Psychic Temple is an American psychedelic folk/rock group founded in 2010 and based in Long Beach, California. Initially exploring avant-jazz territories, the band pivoted toward folk and soul music. After touring the country with various lineups, a stable working band emerged around the newfound voice and electric guitar work of founder Chris Schlarb, anchored by the group's lyrics and foundational drumming. The band saw collaborations with new and old members, including a drummer, a bassist, and a jazz trumpeter.
