P.U.D.G.E. is a talented DJ and music producer originally from Jamaica, Queens, who began his journey in the mid-90s. Inspired by local DJ legends and Jamaican Sound Systems, he mastered the art of live blends and remixes during the "blend-tape" era. After graduating from St. John's University in New York, he moved to Los Angeles in 2004 to advance his musical career. In LA, he served as the tour DJ for notable hip-hop artists Fat Lip (Pharcyde) and Myka Nyne (Freestyle Fellowship) and collaborated with celebrated producers like Flying Lotus, Computer Jay, Dibiase, and Ras G. His instrumental project "Idiot Box" (Ramp Recordings) and a feature on the All City LA 10 x 10 series were both released in 2010. P.U.D.G.E. has showcased his unique DJ style at renowned events and venues, including Do-Over, Bodega, and Low-End Theory in Los Angeles, as well as various festivals and nightclubs in the UK and Europe. He has also performed in art galleries and pop-up parties in New York. Currently, he is a resident DJ and co-founder of the monthly event “EyeSpy” in Brooklyn, where his sets reflect a diverse range of influences, from reggae and rock to hip-hop, afrobeat, jazz, and funk.
